When driving the vehicle during the first snow storm of the season when i reached my destination i was unable to shift the vehicle into park or reverse. The only thing i could do is drive or neutral. After taking the vehicle to the dealership i was told that snow had gotten lodged in the drive shaft therefore not allowing the car to be shifted.
