    Upper Ball Joint · Wheels

Upper ball joints failed on my 2000 dodge durango with 42,000 miles. This is supposedly a heavy duty truck and has never towed anything nor been offroad. Only light duty commuter duty. This is a very common problem and representative of a design defect. Entire wheel assembly can fall off vehicle while driving.*ak
