It all started when i took my 2006 dodge durango in to change a fuse. ( was under warranty). About 1 month later the following started. Headlights flash on & off while driving day or night, turn signal will go on & off, dome lights will go on& off, wipers with wash will go on & off, & the radio will change channels. Just left my home not driving more than 30 mph when the engine light came on and i lost complete power. Was towed to the dealer where i purchased it and they did a "pcm reflash with an instrument panel software update" they also replaced the cluster.
