The windshield wiper will not turn on at all. Sometimes the wipers will quit when driving, the mechanism needs to be wiggled and sometimes it will come on sometimes not. Alot of times if you push the wash wiper button the wipers will come if the knob is turned to the on position. *tr

My windshield wipers will intermittently not turn on, or go the speed which i have selected. My durango is only a 2007 and i have been told by mechanics at 3 different garages there is no way my vehicle is old enough to warrant this type of replacement.
