My wife and son was sitting in our 2012 dodge durango citadel in a parking lot waiting on my daughter when the headrest made a loud noise and activated with no warning. Lucky it did not hit them. It's could have been a very dangerous situation if it had hit my wife while driving. I have removed the headrest from the vehicle.
